Author: Alexander D. Ishkov, PhD student at Moscow State University, Moscow Construction University, Moscow

Course outline: Virtual training on self-organization is very close to “classical” model of an psycho-training (individual or group) giving a comprehensive insight to many key aspects of individual’s activity: self-management, time-management, and physical activity management. Self-management (self-conscience) is a constant self-development, a tool allowing an individual to accomplish personal goals undergoing through such steps as setting goals (selecting and determining goals), implementing, monitoring, adapting, etc. Self-management is the basis for organizational and people management skills. One cannot manage other people without first learning how to manage himself/herself. All the above issues will be covered in the training. During the course of the training, participants will learn about themselves, and receive professional recommendation from a psychologist to further personal development.
