The training is directed at professionals who work as managers, leading team-based projects, and having interest in improving effectiveness of such projects. Training is rather practical then theoretical. Participants develop team-building skills while engaging in role games, taking tests, completing assignments aimed to advance self-knowledge and self-understanding. The training covers the following topics: groups, and role-sharing in groups; organization leadership and leadership style; team-building; recruitment; and business communications such as argumentation and contra-argumentation, negotiation skills, presentation skills, conflict resolution, organizational motivation. Psychological training devoted to leadership and teamwork. The course focuses on such issues as group dynamics and roles of people in groups; leadership, styles of leadership, and how to develop leadership abilities; how to build a team of co-workers. The training also includes exercises in personal management (interviews with job applicants) and team-building exercises.
